EU law, clarity & capacity — delivered.

For eighteen years I have turned European rules into things people can actually do — first for EU institutions and national administrations, now for organisations adopting AI under the EU AI Act.

About

Trained as a lawyer, wired as a teacher. Master's degrees in European law from the College of Europe (Bruges) and Adam Mickiewicz University (Poznań); then a career spent in the engine rooms of EU professional training — Course Director at the Academy of European Law, and thirteen years as lecturer at EIPA Luxembourg, where I designed 175+ seminars for judges, regulators and officials from ten EU institutions and eighteen countries.

In 2024 I founded Kramer Consulting to point that craft at the decade's defining capability gap: working with AI, lawfully and well. The firm trains teams on modern AI tools, runs EU AI Act compliance, and builds AI governance — and is an accredited training provider in Luxembourg.

The through-line has never changed: a rule only works when the people under it know what to do differently on Monday morning.

Beyond work

Tested in the mountains.

Alpinism is the other school. It teaches endurance, preparation, calculated risk — and the kind of trust you only build in a rope team. The same discipline goes into a compliance roadmap.

Tomasz has the qualities of being an enthusiastic and determined person with excellent communication and decision-making skills making him an extremely reliable and trustworthy climbing partner.
